It’s not that interesting, but here we go...
Chris & Dave were in a band. Wes & Towie were in another band.
Somehow neither of those bands developed into the massive global stars that they deserved to be, so they gave up. Losers.
One day at The Fridge in Broughton.
Chris came round to visit Wes with a 4 pack of small Heinekens, some ideas for songs, and his guitar. I’m pretty sure we wrote what would become Money Man that day.
Along came Dave.
No brainer really, Dave can sing & had been doing his moves on stages up and down the country for a while. Plus we threatened him.
But who can drum.
We tried a couple of drummers up at the rehearsal room but they weren’t very good. Eventually Wes overcame his fear of Towie and asked if he’d like to try, he answered in the affirmative and the awesome foursome was born.
Other stuff.
Yeah, other stuff… I’ll come back to that.
